Here we are: a boring water guzzling front lawn of fescue. It has some burned out spots where the sprinklers haven't been covering well. Bermuda grass has invaded these areas in the lawn because it is more drought tolerant than the fescue. These spots of Bermuda will be sprayed with Round Up prior to removing the sod to kill it off.
